Notre Dame senior forward Rose Augustin scored just 3:05 into the match and the No.3 Fighting Irish made it stand up, blanking No. 8 Santa Clara, 1-0 on the opening night of the 18th annual Inn at Saint Mary's Classic.

No. 1 UNC Cruises By No. 6 Wake Forest

Sophomore Kelsey Kolojejchick scored 12 seconds into the match and the top-ranked North Carolina field hockey team never looked back en route to a 5-0 win over sixth-ranked Wake Forest Friday afternoon at Kentner Stadium.
