Davidson returns the SoCon Player of the Year. Jake Cohen enters senior season ranked 20th on Davidson’s all-time scoring list (1,287) and 24th in rebounding (566). He needs 19 blocked shots to set the Davidson career record and is one of three players in school history with over 1,000 career points, 500 rebounds and 100 blocked shots.

Mike Groselle led the Bulldogs in scoring with an average of 16.7 points per game while he shot .591 from the floor (198-of-335). He was the only player in the league to rank in the top three in scoring (third — 16.6), rebounding (first — 9.8) and field goal percentage (third — .591). Groselle ranked eighth nationally in field goal percentage (.591) — the highest of any Citadel player since Demetrius Nelson (17th — .596, 2007-08).

Andrew Lawrence earned a spot on final 12-man Great Britain National Team roster for the 2012 London Olympic Games, becoming the first player in school history to earn a spot on an Olympic team roster. He ranked second on the team in scoring, first in assists (171), first in steals (58) and tied for first in three-pointers made (60) last season.
