Former Indiana coach Mike Davis takes over Texas Southern this season, and he has a senior guard that can shoot the 3-point shot almost as good as anyone. Omar Strong finished 45th in the country in 3-point shooting percentage last season.

Demarquelle Tabb was one of the top players in the SWAC a year ago, despite being left off the all-conference teams at the end of the year. He’s only 6-foot-5 but Tabb still recorded 50 blocks last season.
