WARRENSBURG, Mo. — Six players finished in double figures for No. 22 Central Missouri in a victory against Lewis (Ill.), 94-59. Junior Shaquanda Wiggins led the Jens with 19 points off a perfect 9-9 shooting night.

Central Missouri quickly built a 10-point advantage when Alyssa Rhodes’ jumper gave the Jens a 17-7 lead. The Flyers then made a run, cutting the lead to one with 11:08 to play in the first half.

Taylor Hanson was fouled while shooting a 3-pointer on the following possession and hit all three free throws to start a 23-8 run. This stretch gave the Jens a commanding lead heading into halftime.

UCM came out of the locker room scoring the first 10 points of the half, taking a 54-30 advantage. The Jennies pulled away from that point forward, as the Flyers were unable to close the gap to fewer than 20 points throughout the rest of the game.

Along with Wiggins, Nicole Caddell (17), Hanson (13), Saraethea Brown (11), Rhodes (10) and Renae Shippy (10) all scored double-figures. Rhodes matched her career-high in scoring, reaching 10 points for the third time of her career, and second time this season.
