FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Colorado State head coach Kristen Holt has resigned after four seasons in charge of the women’s program.

Assistant coach Dick Lien will fill in on an interim basis while athletic director Jack Graham and the school conduct a search for Holt’s replacement.

This will be the third new coach Graham has had to hire since taking over at Colorado State. He hired football coach Jim McElwain in December and just recently brought in Larry Eustachy to take over in men’s basketball after Tim Miles left for Nebraska.

Holt was 50-71 with the Rams, including a 25-37 record in Mountain West Conference play.
