Matt Perez Key Notes: Perez, coming off a 2010 All-American campaign, is off to a good start for the top-ranked Cardinals. The junior captured the individual title at the Illinois Intercollegiate Invitational last weekend to lead North Central (Ill.) to the team title as well. Perez topped a strong field, 32 different teams spread across all divisions, en route to his victory with a time of 24:32 on the 8,000-meter course. |
