2014 Men’s Basketball
Championship
INDIANAPOLIS — The NCAA Division II Field Hockey Committee released the 2011 tournament field Monday evening.
Bloomsburg (19-0) and Merrimack (17-2) will receive first-round byes in the six-team field.
In the South region, West Chester (14-4) will travel to Shippensburg for a first-round contest at 1 p.m. ET Saturday. The winner will meet Bloomsburg in a semifinal matchup.
Massachusetts-Lowell (17-3) will play host to American International (12-8) in the North region first-round contest at 1 p.m. Saturday. The winner will advance to play Merrimack.
Semifinals will be played at 1 and 4 p.m. Nov. 11, with the championship final being held at 1 p.m. Nov. 13. The semifinal and championship games will be played at Bloomsburg’s Sports Stadium in Bloomsburg, Pa.
