Completed in August 2005, Pizza Hut Park is the first large-scale sports facility of its type in the United States. Driving Directions to Frisco
- From: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
Take the North exit out of DFW Airport and continue on Hwy 121 North (Sam Rayburn Tollway). This is a cashless tollway, so no need for change. You will continue north for approximately 22 miles and Hwy 121 runs along the southern boundary of Frisco. For the Westin and Sheraton hotels, exit Legacy Drive, for all remaining hotels except Comfort Suites, exit Parkwood Blvd. For Comfort Suites, exit the Dallas North Tollway and stay on the frontage road (Dallas Parkway) for approximately 5 miles. Comfort Suites is just north of Main Street on Dallas Parkway.
- From: Love Field Airport (home of Southwest Airlines)
Take a left out of the airport property onto Mockingbird Lane; this road will reach a Y — stay to the right on Mockingbird Lane. Stay on Mockingbird to the Dallas North Tollway and head north (left) and merge onto the Tollway. Approximate cost of tolls into Frisco: $4.40. Exit Hwy 121 and go south (left) at the light and stay on frontage road to Legacy Drive for Westin/Sheraton. Exit Gaylord Parkway and take a right (east) for all hotels except Comfort Suites. Stay on Dallas North Tollway heading north and exit Main Street for Comfort Suites.
- From Interstate 35 Southbound from Oklahoma
From I-35 South, head east on TX 288 Loop. Take the US 377/US 380 ramp to Decatur/McKinney. Turn left at E. University Dr./US 380 and head east on US 380/University. Take a right on Dallas North Tollway and head southbound. Approximate toll cost to Gaylord Parkway is $2.18. For Comfort Suites, exit Main Street and make a U-turn to northbound Dallas Parkway frontage road. For Westin and Sheraton hotels, exit Main Street, take a right on Main (west) and left on Legacy Drive (south) for approximately 5 miles. All other hotels stay southbound on Dallas North Tollway to Gaylord Parkway.
- From US 75 Central Expressway Southbound from Oklahoma
Take US 380/University Drive and head west from US 75. Take Preston Road (Hwy 289) southbound from US 380, will have multiple lights but no tolls. Or, take Dallas North Tollway southbound (left) from US 380. Approximate toll cost to Gaylord Parkway is $2.18 For Comfort Suites, exit Main Street and make a U-turn to northbound Dallas Parkway frontage road. Pizza Hut Park parking lots open at noon on Jan. 7. Any Platinum parking lot customers must enter the appropriate lot at the entrance indicated on their parking pass and follow the directions given by the parking attendants. All other parking lots for the 2010 NCAA Division I Football Championship are $10 and are on a first come first serve basis. Parking for Pizza Hut Park events is permitted only in designated parking lots. Anyone parking in areas other than designated lots may be ticketed and/or towed.
- Tailgate Town
Tailgate Town will be located in the Gold parking lot. Pre-event tailgating is permitted if conducted in a safe and respectful manner and does not disrupt other fans, interfere with normal parking procedures or extend into additional spaces. Outside food companies are not permitted to deliver catering orders for tailgate activities. All tailgating activities must comply with proper fan decorum. No open flame grills allowed. Propane tanks are permitted on Pizza Hut Park grounds, but charcoal and lighter fluid are NOT permitted.
- RV and Camper policies
RV and Camper parking will be available in the Green Preferred parking lot. The maximum numbers of parking spots available to purchase for RV and camper parking is 4 marked parking spots. There are no RV hook ups, electrical, or plumbing available at Pizza Hut Park. All RV’s and campers must be removed from the parking grounds no later than the day after the event. There is no re-entry to allow you in and out of the lot, once you are parked you must leave your vehicle. There is no holding of parking spaces for others. There is absolutely no dumping of gray or black water on Pizza Hut Park grounds. Any destruction of Pizza Hut Park Property is grounds for removable from Park and you will be liable for any damages incurred.
- Golf Carts / ATVs / Motorcycles
Golf carts are allowed to be brought into Pizza Hut Park parking lots. Intoxicated drivers can be cited by police. Four-wheelers, three-wheelers, any ATV’s or RTV’s are not allowed to be brought on to Pizza Hut Park grounds. Motorcycles are permitted on Pizza Hut Park grounds only as a means of transportation to and from show, and are not permitted as a means of transportation between parking lots.
(Golf Carts are the only means of motorized transportation allowed on Pizza Hut Park grounds to travel between parking lots.)
Domestic pets are permitted in Pizza Hut Park parking lots, however pets must be kept on a leash at all times and their owners must pick up and dispose of pet waste in a trash receptacle. No pets are allowed inside stadium.
- Intoxicated Guests
All guests at Pizza Hut Park are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe and responsible means of transportation before leaving the facility. Any guest who is intoxicated/impaired entering Pizza Hut Park will be denied entry to the facility. Any guests found intoxicated/impaired within Pizza Hut Park and causing a disturbance, determined by management will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences, such as arrest.
Pizza Hut Park Stadium Security
- Automated Teller Machines
Pizza Hut Park has five Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). Inside the stadium there are ATMs located on the North, East and West concourses as well as one inside the Stadium Club. Additionally there is one located outside of the South gate. There is also an ATM located in the soccer complex at the Dr Pepper Victory Center.
- Box Office
The Main Box Office is located on the North side of the stadium at Pizza Hut Park. Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or six hours prior to the event.
- Will Call
Will Call is located on the North side of the stadium at the main Box Office. You must provide your own picture ID when picking up Will Call tickets.
- Payment Options
The Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash.
- Camera / Video Equipment
Cameras and hand-held video cameras are permitted in the stadium provided they do not obstruct the view of other spectators or interfere with traffic in stadium walkways. No images captured during the NCAA Division I Football Championship Game may be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of the NCAA. Persons who violate this policy may be liable for intellectual property infringement. Guests may contact Pizza Hut Park in advance of an event to find out the specific policy for that event by calling (214) 705-6700 or e-mailing customerservice@FCDallas.com.
Guests are prohibited from wearing any clothing displaying profane or offensive material. Guests wearing prohibited clothing may be denied entry into the facility until the profane or offensive material is no longer visible. Guests found within the facility wearing clothing displaying items that can be construed as profane, or offensive, will be asked to provide a solution where the items will no longer be displayed. If no solution can be found or the solution does not meet the satisfaction of management, the guest may be ejected from the facility.
- Code of Conduct
All Pizza Hut Park guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Any behavior defying the code of conduct, as determined by facility management can result in ejection and possible arrest. Guests who are ejected from the facility will not receive a refund for their ticket(s) or be compensated in any way. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Standing on chairs/seats
- Entering a seating area without the correct ticket
- Drunk and/or disorderly conduct
- Fighting or challenging others to fight
- Interference with the event or participants of the event in any way
- Throwing, tossing or discharging any object within the facility
- Kicking or throwing balls or other hard objects
- Using profanity and/or other offensive, racial, obscene, or abusive gestures or language toward or in reference to student-athletes, coaches, referees, fans, performers or staff members
- Disturbing other guests’ enjoyment of the event
- Violating Pizza Hut Park rules, regulations or policies
- Violating any local, state or federal laws
Note: Streamers/confetti may be thrown in times of celebration of your team’s success. Streamers or confetti thrown at student-athletes, coaches, referees or any event staff is considered prohibited behavior.
Pizza Hut Park management and the NCAA reserve the right to deny entry of any guest displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by facility/event management. For event-specific policies, please contact Customer Service at (214) 705-6700 or customerservice@FCDallas.com.

Pizza Hut Park has 10 permanent concession stands and plenty of portable concession kiosks throughout the stadium. Concession stands offer a wide assortment of specialty foods such as, pizza, chicken wings, barbeque, and Mexican food. There are also plenty of your fan favorites like hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, and soda. You may use cash and/or credit cards at the fixed concessions locations and cash only at the portable locations. Hours of operation for concession sales within Pizza Hut Park will vary depending on the schedule of events.
- Credit Cards
Credit cards are accepted throughout Pizza Hut Park. Credit cards may be used at the box office, merchandise stands and most concession stands. Accepted cards include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- Diaper Changing Stations
Diaper changing stations are located in all men’s, women’s and family restrooms.
- Disabled Accommodations
Pizza Hut Park and the NCAA are committed to providing every guest with comfortable and enjoyable experience at its facility. Pizza Hut Park meets all ADA requirements. Please contact us ahead of time if you need any special accommodations. All ADA seats are located at the top of the seating bowl (Sections 105-132, Row 31).
- Drinking Fountains
Drinking fountains are located throughout the main concourse and suite levels of the stadium.
Attending an event at Pizza Hut Park should be an enjoyable and safe experience for all. It is our goal to avoid ejections or arrests. However, it is of primary importance that each guest is able to enjoy a quality experience while in attendance. Therefore, a code of conduct will be enforced that emphasizes good sportsmanship and generally accepted standards of behavior. Suite holders are responsible for the actions of their guests and are subject to cancellation of tickets. See “Code of Conduct”.
Guests with disabilities, or temporary conditions, that prevent them from using stairwells and need access to the field must enter through the East gate and notify a Pizza Hut Park employee. This employee will make arrangements to use the Eastside elevator. This elevator is not for public use and may only be used by request and escort only. If entering through any other gate, please go to Guest Services for this request, located on the Northeast corner of the stadium, next to First Aid.
- Emergency Evacuation
In the unlikely event that an emergency situation would require the stadium to be evacuated, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. If such circumstances arise, please remain calm, use common sense and follow any instructions as they are announced. In the event that the PA system is unavailable, please proceed toward the nearest Pizza Hut Park employee for further instruction.
- Family Restrooms
Family Restrooms are private restrooms available only for families. These facilities also contain changing tables for use by families with small children. There are eight family restrooms on the main concourse level located behind Sections 102, 113, 120, 124, 132, and the North East concourse. For your additional convenience all public restroom facilities also have diaper-changing stations.
- Field Access Policy
Stadium guests are not permitted access to the playing field at any time unless they have the appropriate credentials or tickets. Anyone entering the field without proper credentials before, during or after the game is subject to removal from the stadium and arrest.
Any guests involved in physical or verbal altercations are subject to ejection and arrest. See “Code of Conduct”.
- First Aid
If you require medical assistance within the stadium, please contact the nearest Pizza Hut Park employee or proceed to the First Aid station located in the Northeast building next to the FCDallasGear.com team shop.
- Food and Beverage
The following items may not be brought into the facility:
- Glass or plastic bottles of any kind
- Outside food or beverages of any kind
- Aluminum cans/metal cans of any kind
Guests may dispose of or return to their vehicles any unauthorized items prior to entering into the facility. Items will not be stored, secured or kept for return by Pizza Hut Park.

- Guest Services
Guest Services is located on the Northeast concourse of the stadium. Services offered at Guest Services include:
- Guest/General information assistance
- Lost and Found
- Resolution of ticket issues
- Guest feedback forms
- Stroller check-in
- Ticket relocations
In addition, Guest Service staff is located throughout the facility to provide information and assistance.
- Handicap Seating and Parking Policy
For the NCAA Division I Football Championship game, handicap seating is available at the top Row 31 of Sections: 105-132. Please see “Elevator” section for specific instructions for access. Handicap parking spaces are available in each parking lot on a first come, first served basis. Pizza Hut Park meets all ADA requirements.
- Intoxicated Guests
All guests at the NCAA Division I Football Championship game are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe and responsible means of transportation before leaving the facility. Any guest who is intoxicated/impaired entering Pizza Hut Park will be denied entry to the facility. Any guests found intoxicated / impaired within Pizza Hut Park and causing a disturbance, determined by management will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences, such as arrest.
- Lost and Found
There are two Lost and Found collection points at Pizza Hut Park. In the stadium, if you find an item that is not yours, please take it to Guest Services. The Guest Services center is located in the Northeast building next to the FCDallasGear.com Team Shop.
The Security office window is also available for lost and found items, which is located at the Northeast corner of the stadium across from section 133. If you find/lose an item within the Soccer Park Complex, those items are collected in the concession stand located at Dr Pepper Victory Center in the center of the Soccer Park.
After an event, guests wishing to inquire about the possibility of retrieving a lost item after an event should either call (214) 705-6700 or email customerservice@FCDallas.com. Guests wanting to claim a found item must be ready to positively identify their item.
Lost and found items will be logged and kept by Customer Service for 14 calendar days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after this holding period.
- Lost Children
Customer Service suggests that a parent/guardian place a ticket stub inside each child’s pocket or sock to assist Pizza Hut Park staff in locating a child’s group in the event of separation. Separated children and parents should contact the nearest Pizza Hut Park employee or go to Guest Services located in the Northeast building by the FCDallasGear.com Team Shop that will be open from gate opening to thirty minutes after event end time.
- Marketing / Sponsorship / Pamphlets
No unapproved marketing will be allowed on Pizza Hut Park property. This includes but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized distribution of literature, business cards, flyers, handouts of any kind, pamphlets, other written forms, etc.
- Placing of any unapproved material on car windshields
- Chanting or shouting words associated with commercial advertising
- Wearing clothing in a manner intended to advertise
- Possessing banners, flags, signs, or posters displaying words or pictures associated with commercial advertising
- Product sampling of any kind
All cases are subject to review and decision by facility/event management. Guests found to be marketing may be subject to ejection and removal from Pizza Hut Park.
Guests found passing out literature or any written forms of unauthorized marketing will be asked to collect all pieces of marketing handed out and dispose of them in the trash. If necessary, the guest or marketing company is subject to being billed by Pizza Hut Park for any additional clean-up costs.
Guest / companies repeatedly found marketing on property might be cited with trespassing.
Service animals (i.e. guide dogs) are the only pets allowed into Pizza Hut Park and Pizza Hut Park complex.
- Press / Media Entrance
The Press/Media entrance is located on the West side of the stadium. Access is restricted to credentialed press and media only. Approved media may pick up their credentials at the NCAA Media Hotel, the Comfort Inn & Suites, adjacent to Pizza Hut Park. The Media Entrance opens up three hours prior to kickoff on game day, at which time they may enter the stadium.

- Prohibited Items
The NCAA and Pizza Hut Park, in conjunction with Frisco law enforcement officials, are dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment in which to enjoy the NCAA Division I Football Championship Game. Police officers are stationed near each entrance gate and all persons entering the stadium are subject to search and questioning. Full cooperation with the authorities is appreciated and will help speed the progression of the lines.
Items not permitted into the facility:
- Weapons of any kind (e.g., knives (including pocket knives), pepper spray, stun-guns, slingshots, concealed weapons, firearms etc.)
- Fireworks of any kind (including smoke bombs and flares)
- No glass or plastic bottles, cans, coolers, containers, outside food or beverages of any kind
- Bags larger than 12″ x 12″ x 12″
- Air horns, whistles, seat cushions with backs
- Illegal drugs or chemicals
- Laser pointers
- Inflated Balls
- Animals (except service animals)
- Un-approved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
- Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, etc.
Anyone with an item that does not pass security measures will be asked to either take the item back to their vehicle or dispose of it before entering Pizza Hut Park. Purses, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags or any other bags may be brought into the stadium, but will be searched at the bag inspection area. Please be aware that prohibited items, policies and security parameters may be modified from event to event as security levels change. Pizza Hut Park is the first Green-Friendly sports venue in Texas. Please recycle your empty plastic bottles or cups in any of the “Kick in to Win” recycling bins located throughout the facility.
All restrooms throughout Pizza Hut Park are wheelchair accessible. The following is a list of areas where restrooms are located:

- Seat Numbering System
The sections are numbered from the Northwest corner of the stadium (section 100) and increases in a counter-clockwise direction (ends with section 133).
Viewed from the field, seats are numbered from right to left and rows are numbered from the bottom beginning with 1. There are some exceptions with the South corners of the stadium in Sections 113 and 121 rows in these sections start at 8. There are 30 rows in most sections. Seats in Sections 112-121 are bench seats with backs. All other seats are stadium style seats with cup holders.
- Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within Pizza Hut Park.
Strollers are permitted for younger children. As a safety measure, we ask that you check the stroller at Guest Services located in the Northeast building next to the FCDallasGear.com Team Shop that will be open from gate opening to thirty minutes after event end time.
- Throwing Objects / Projectiles
Throwing objects within the facility or onto the field is strictly prohibited. Guest found throwing any object within the facility will be ejected and subject to arrest. See “Code of Conduct”.
Umbrellas may not be brought into the stadium due to obstruction to other fans and safety concerns. In the event of inclement weather, guests are encouraged to bring appropriate apparel such as raincoats, pullovers or ponchos. See “Prohibited Items” for more information.
- Wheelchair Seating
Pizza Hut Park contains seats for wheelchairs as well as seats for companions. Wheelchair accommodations are available within each price category and wheelchair access is provided to specially designated restrooms, ticket windows, and concession stands. All wheelchair seating is at the top of each section. For all ADA patrons that have purchased tickets on the floor for concerts at Pizza Hut Park, please see “Elevator” section for detailed instructions.

A living monument that collects, preserves and recreates the history of Frisco, Texas, has opened its doors as a tourist destination. The Heritage Museum is a two-story, 18,000 square foot complex designed to showcase ageless artifacts and objects that hold many stories of life long ago in a western railroad town and some of the traditions that have endured over the years. The interactive museum featuring hands-on exhibits will allow visitors to understand how the early citizens of Frisco lived, worked, and played.
