Dartmouth to play first night game
Big Green has never kicked off later than 4 p.m.
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard and Dartmouth will meet under the lights for the first time in football at Harvard Stadium on October 29. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.
The game had originally been scheduled for noon but was moved to 6 p.m. after Dartmouth agreed to the switch, providing fans with another option to see a night game at the historic stadium.
The Crimson is undefeated in home night games with a 4-0 all-time record.
Dartmouth has never before played a night game on the gridiron. The latest start of any previous game came during the 2008 season at Columbia when the teams kicked off at 4 p.m.
