Strength and conditioning are an important part of every offseason training camp, but the Clemson Tiger thinks that his team has gone in the wrong direction with their workout plan.

The Tiger thinks the teams new direction for the workout is up.  Specifically, push-ups.

In a video that the team posted to their official YouTube channel, the Tiger brings his ideas to assistant coach Jeff Scott and tries to narrow down Scott's personal workout to three things.  Push-ups, push-ups and push-ups.
