When you sign up for a class with Ohio State coach Urban Meyer, it should be a requirement to never wear the colors of your school's most hated rival to class.

Apparently, a few students didn’t get the memo in the syllabus because that is exactly what they did Monday morning--and it didn’t go unnoticed by Coach Meyer, who made them drop and give him push-ups in front of the entire class.

Lesson one of Semester one. You NEVER EVER wear Blue here. Drop and give me 20. #CoachTeachingClass #MilitaryMonday

While the shade wasn't exactly "Michigan blue," the rest of the class has the right idea wearing the appropriate scarlet and gray since the Buckeyes kickoff their season next Monday.

Those students will probably get an A+ or maybe some extra credit.

So note to future students: Don't wear blue or maize if you want to pass.
