Sometimes you get a lucky bounce. In De'Andre Simmons' case, he got a couple to allow him to hold on for a highlight reel interception for Western Kentucky in its matchup against Rice Thursday night.

Midway through the second quarter with the Hilltoppers up by 16, the junior defensive back stepped forward to cover Owls receiver Nate German with the pass coming his way. With the pass thrown a little behind German, he couldn't corral it and tipped the ball ever so slightly, keeping it from hitting the ground. That was enough for Simmons to tip it once more and gain possession as he fell on his back.
