Dak Prescott is the starting quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, and a year ago at this time, he was the signal-caller at Mississippi State.

Arguably the best player in Bulldogs history, Prescott was magnificent in his time in Starkville, Miss. The dual-threat QB accounted for 114 touchdowns in his career, and now, he’s looking to do more of the same at the professional level.

To show support for one of its own, Mississippi State purchased ‘Good Luck Dak’ digital billboards in Dallas in anticipation of Prescott’s first NFL start against the New York Giants. Take a look:

The billboards will be on display on Sunday in five Dallas locations, per Mississippi State. It’s great to see the Bulldogs cheering on a program legend.

Joe Boozell has been a college basketball writer for NCAA.com since 2015. His work has also appeared in Bleacher Report, FOXSports.com and NBA.com. Joe’s claim to fame since joining NCAA.com: he’s predicted the correct national championship game twice… and picked the wrong winner both times. Growing up, Joe squared off against both Anthony Davis and Frank Kaminsky in the Chicagoland basketball scene. You can imagine how that went.
