New Mexico Highlands fell at Southern Utah, but cornerback Abdul Kanneh was outstanding. Kanneh led the way for the Cowboys with seven tackles, three pass breakups and two interceptions which he returned for 121 yards and two touchdowns. Kanneh had a long return of 90 yards for a score.

INDIANAPOLIS 35, QUINCY 7 BOX SCORE
History was made Saturday night in Quincy, Ill., as Indianapolis played its first Great Lakes Valley Conference football game, beating Quincy 35-7. Junior Klay Fiechter found the end zone three times, including on a 75-yard punt return for a touchdown. It marked the third punt-return TD for UIndy in the last four years and the longest since 1998.
