NCAA.com’s football experts and a guest make their choices for the top games each week. Joining the grid for Week 4 is the Washington Wizards’ Emeka Okafor, who led UConn to the national championship in 2004 and was named the tournament’s Most Outstanding Player. He was the first draft pick of the expansion Charlotte Bobcats in ’04 and was traded to New Orleans in 2009. On June 20, Okafor was traded to Washington. Okafor and the Wizards tip off the 2012-13 season in Cleveland at 7 p.m. ET on Oct. 30.
