NORMAL, Ill. -- Led by Kelsey Smith's medalist performance, No. 6 DePauw totaled a 619 and won the Illinois Wesleyan Spring Fling by 21 strokes against third-ranked Washington (Mo.). After shooting a 311 on Saturday, the Tigers followed it up with a 308 Sunday at the Ironwood Golf Course for their fifth team title of the year.

Smith shot a 74 in the final round and finished with a two-round 149 to finish first by four strokes against teammate Camila Romero and Illinois Wesleyan's Megan Geraghty. It marked her second individual title of the year and third of her career.

Paige Gooch shot a 158 to finish seventh, while Abby Dickey tied for ninth with a 161 and Jacqueline Carroll was tied for 15th at 163.

Washington shot a 36-hole score of 640 (321-319). The Tigers fired a two-day total of 619 (311-308), and had four players finish in the top nine.

No. 9 and host Illinois Wesleyan finished third with a team score of 646 (333-313), while No. 10 Wittenberg was fourth with a 664 (341-323) and No. 14 Gustavus Adolphus was fifth with a 665 (336-329).
