FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- No. 5 Oklahoma upset No. 2 Arkansas 197.425-196.175 on the road on Sunday at Barnhill Arena.

Oklahoma (10-2) posted its second-best score of the season in the win with a 197.425. Both of OU’s scores of 197 or higher have come on the road this season. The Sooners are the only team in the NCAA this year to break 197 on the road.

OU won all four team event titles, with a season-high 49.525 on vault while the Sooners won at least a share of all four individual event finals.

Brie Olson and Sara Stone shared the vault title after posting a pair of 9.95s on the apparatus. Megan Ferguson won the beam title with a 9.925, tied for first on bars with Arkansas’ Jaime Pisani with a 9.9 and shared the floor title with UA’s Katherine Grable with a 9.95.

The Sooners set eight career-highs and five season-highs against Arkansas, including five career-highs on vault alone.

The Sooners trailed Arkansas by just .050 after the first rotation. OU posted a 49.275 on bars while the Razorbacks scored a 49.325 on vault.

Ferguson posted a team-best 9.9 on bars in the anchor position. The 9.9 was her third score of 9.9 or higher on the apparatus in her last four bar routines.

OU added four additional scores of 9.8 or higher on bars, with three 9.85s from Clark, Nowak and Olson, to post its second-best team bar score of the season.

OU took the lead by .250 at the halfway point after scoring a season-high team score of 49.525 on vault in the second rotation. The 49.525 was just .050 short of the program record for team vault score. OU’s best all-time vault score was set on March 2, 2002 with a 49.575.

The Sooners ended vault with three straight scores of 9.9 in the final three routines. It was the first time this season that OU posted three 9.9s in the same rotation.

Olson and Stone led the team with two scores of 9.95. Olson’s 9.95 was a career-high, her previous best was a 9.9 posted twice this season (Jan. 7 and Feb. 3).

Stone posted a season-high with the 9.95, her career-high is a perfect 10 scored on Feb. 26, 2010 at Michigan State. With the score, Stone has posted a 9.9 or higher in five of her six vaults this season.

OU’s third score of 9.9 or higher came from Mooring who posted a career-high-tying 9.9 in the fifth position of the lineup. Mooring’s last 9.9 on vault came during the NCAA Semifinal on April 15, 2011, when OU qualified for its second consecutve NCAA Super Six.

OU entered the final rotation with a six-tenth lead ahead of Arkansas after the Razorbacks were forced to count a fall on beam in the third event rotation. The Sooners posted a 49.250 on floor, capped by a career-high-tying 9.95 from Ferguson in the anchor position.

Ferguson scored her career-high 9.95 for the second time this season, the first came at TWU on Jan. 21.

Brewer also posted a career-high on floor with a 9.875 in just her third appearance in the lineup this season.

OU started beam with three scores of 9.825 or higher, followed by a career-high-tying 9.9 from Spears and a season-high 9.925 from Ferguson in the anchor position. Ferguson has posted a 9.9 or higher in eight of her last 12 routines.
