Miami erupted for four second-period goals, including three straight to reverse a 2-1 deficit, then hung on for a 5-4 victory over Ferris State Saturday afternoon at Ewigleben Ice Arena. The sweep was the RedHawks' sixth this year and extends their lead in the CCHA standings to six points over the Bulldogs.

Tommy Wingels scored a pair of goals and added an assist for a three-point night, while Carter Camper tied a career-high with three assists. Jarod Palmer and Chris Wideman each registered goal and an assist. Cody Reichard stopped 29 shots for his second win in as many nights and 12th this season.
