INDIANAPOLIS --- The NCAA and the Baltimore Local Organizing Committee have announced the musical group Steel Train will perform a free concert in conjunction with the 2011 NCAA Divisions I, II and III Men's Lacrosse Championships. The concert will take place on Saturday, May 28th, at Power Plant Live in the inner harbor of Baltimore, Md., following the Division I semifinals, set for 4 (Virginia vs. Denver) and 6:30 p.m. (Maryland vs. Duke).

The New Jersey-based quintet, who has made appearances on the Late Show with David Letterman, CONAN and Lopez Tonight, has toured with groups such as Tegan + Sara, Ben Folds, Silversun
Pickups and has performed at Coachella, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza and Bamboozle.

“Being major sports fans, we're excited to participate in anything the NCAA does,” said Steel Train. “Being huge lacrosse fans, it's a double bonus.”
