No. 11 New Haven ends losing streak with 16-13 win against Queens (N.C.)

ARNOLD, Md. – No. 11 New Haven broke a three-game skid with a 16-13 victory against Queens (N.C.) Sunday afternoon in a neutral site game.

With the win, the Chargers improved to 2-3 on the season, while the Royals dropped to 5-5 on the year.

Junior Nicole McKee led New Haven with a career-high six goals. Sophomore Kathryn Campbell scored four goals and handed out one assist, while leading the team with five draw controls.

Natalie Lieberman also chipped in five draw controls and added three goals and one assist in the win. Maya Szymanski contributed two scores and Kristina Curry added two assists.

Between the pipes, Alyssa Gianotti tallied five saves for UNH.
