The College Sports Information Directors of America announced the 2011 Academic All-America Men’s and Women’s Soccer Teams in all three divisions.

It is the first time in the 50-year history of the program that All-America teams have been named in each division. Previously, teams were separated into university (Division I) and college (Divisions II and III and NAIA) divisions.

This year’s Division I Academic All-America of the Year award winners are senior goalkeeper Brian Holt of Creighton and senior forward Krista Lopez of Oklahoma State.

In Division II, senior forwards Mark Anderson of Barry and Ashley Botts of Grand Valley State were recognized.

Senior forwards Drew Golz of Wheaton (Illinois) and Courtney Chadburn of Castleton State were named in Division III.
