KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Columbus State continued its climb in NSCAA rankings, moving up to No. 4 in the latest poll release.

The Lady Cougars moved up seven spots after defeating then-No. 6 Lenoir-Rhyne on Sunday.

It is the first time that Columbus State is ranked in the top five since Oct. 5, 2010 when it was ranked third.

Defending national champion Saint Rose is still atop the poll followed by Fort Lewis, Grand Valley State, CSU and Slippery Rock.

No. 11 North Georgia and No. 24 Armstrong Atlantic State join Columbus State as the only Peach Belt Conference schools in the latest poll.

Columbus State is scheduled to matchup against No. 11 North Georgia, No. 21 North Alabama and No. 24 Armstrong Atlantic State.
