LUBBOCK, Texas - No. 13 Missouri hit four home runs, including two from Princess Krebs, and scored 10 times on 14 hits while Chelsea Thomas was two outs away from a no hitter, as Mizzou completed the sweep over No. 19 Texas Tech with a 10-1 victory on Sunday. The Tigers are now 26-3 on the season and 4-0 in the conference after winning their 23rd consecutive game.

Thomas took a no hitter into the sixth inning before giving up her first hit of the day with one out in the inning. Her final line was 5.1 innings pitched with one run allowed on one hit. She struck out 10 batters and walked zero while improving to 12-2 on the season.

Just as they did on Saturday, the Tigers went ahead with a run in the top of the first inning. With two outs, Ashley Fleming hit a fly ball down the left field line for a double, and came around to score when Catherine Lee drove a base hit into center field, giving Missouri the early 1-0 edge.

Missouri gave Texas Tech a golden opportunity in the bottom of the second, as a pair of errors and a passed ball put runners on second and third with just one out. However, Thomas worked out of the jam with a strikeout and a ground out to shortstop, ending the threat.

The Tigers added to their lead in the top of the third with a pair of runs. Jenna Marston doubled over the right fielder's head to start the frame, and advanced to third on a sacrifice bunt. The Red Raiders pulled their starter after getting to a 1-1 count on Fleming, bringing in yesterday's starter Kelsey Dennis. After working the count to 3-1, Fleming blasted her seventh home run of the season to left-center field.

In the fourth, Princess Krebs was brought in to pinch hit and led off with her first career home run, sending a 1-2 pitch deep over the wall in left to make it 4-0.

Krebs did it again in the fifth, hitting a three run shot with two outs to straightaway center field. The blast put Missouri up 7-0 and made Krebs the first Tiger to hit two home runs in the same game since April 28, 2010, when Rhea Taylor hit two against Iowa State. Krebs plated Fleming and Hudson, who each singled earlier in the inning.

Mizzou put up three more in the top of the sixth off of Catherine Lee's fifth home run of the season. With one out, Marston and Mackenzie Sykes singled, and two batters later Lee connected on a home run to straight away center, blasting the 1-2 pitch.

Texas Tech got their first hit of the day with one out in the bottom of the sixth, as Mikey Kenney sent a Thomas pitch back up the middle into center field. Nottelmann was brought in to relieve Thomas, finishing off the game. She got the first batter she faced to ground out to second and got the next hitter to hit a ground ball to first, however, the ball took a high hop over Lee's head and went into right field to score the lone run of the day for Texas Tech.

Krebs finished the day 2-for-2 at the plate with a pair of homers and four runs batted in. Lee also drove in four while getting two hits, one home run, and scoring once. Fleming finished 3-for-4 with a single, double and homer, three runs and two driven in. Maddison Ruggeberg and Marston also added two hits each.
