BERLIN, Ohio - The Carnegie Mellon University men's tennis team, ranked eighth nationally, competed in the quarterfinals of the 2010 NCAA Division III Championships Tuesday, May 25 and dropped a 5-0 decision to University Athletic Association foe Washington University in St. Louis. Play was being held at the Don Hunsinger Courts on the campus of Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. The Cardinal and Gray end the season with a dual record of 21-6, while the Bears, who are ranked seventh nationally improve to 20-4. The Tartans 21 wins this season sets a new school record.
