OAKDALE, N.Y. - The Bentley University Falcons defeated the Adelphi University Panthers in 5 sets at the East Regional Tournment.

Bentley University took an early win with a set of 25-22. Alex Kearney of the Falcons led the squad with 5 kills along with her teammate Alaura Berry who had 3 kills. While the Panthers, Hilary Pavels had 3 kills and 5 digs.

In the second set Adelphi University came back with a strong victory of 25-9. Audrey Goss contributed with 8 kills for the Panthers. As Kearney from the Falcons led the way with 6 kills and Cassie Kraft had 16 digs defensively.

Back with the rebound the Falcons took the win 25-20. Kearney came with a driving force of 7 kills and 10 digs for Bentley University. The set featured 10 tie scores and 5 lead changes as Adelphi University's Goss

The fight did not stop there as the Panther's dominated in the fourth set with a victory of 25-19. PavelsKearney had 10 kills offensively while Kraft had 29 digs defensively.

The fifth and final set's victory went to the Bentley University Falcons with a 15-9 score. The game was led by both Kearney with 13 kills and Farah with 10 kills. The Panther's fought hard with player Pavels

The Falcons play Dowling on Friday at 7:30 PM.
