Key Notes: Budde was named the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division III National Player of the Week on Tuesday as she paced the Bears with 47 kills to average 5.22 kills per set while hitting .368 last weekend at the UAA Round Robin. Budde also added 27 digs and eight total blocks in the event.

• No. 3 Emory hosts its homecoming tournament this weekend. The Eagles, who raised a spot in the latest AVCA Coaches' Poll, will take on Piedmont, Ohio Northern, Lynchburg and Maryville (Tenn.).

• Washington-St. Louis has won 51 consecutive sets, the longest streak in school history. The school is now six sets shy of the all-time Division III record of 57 consecutive sets, set by Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2007.

• No. 18 Cortland State had its season-opening 20-match win streak stopped with a 3-1 loss to 18th-ranked UMass-Boston during Day 2 of the Stevens Institute Ducks Invitational on Saturday.
