Furman: Paladins' Kowalski Selected SoCon Women's Runner of the Week
Oct. 1, 2008 SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Furman cross country runner Chloe Kowalski has been named Southern Conference Women's Runner of the Week as voted on by the conference cross country head coaches, the conference office announced Wednesday. The freshman helped lead the Paladins to a first-place finish at The Citadel Invitational by winning the 5K event in a time of 19:09.27. Furman placed seven runners in the top 10 to take the invitational title. |
