Lincoln (Mo.) Wins D-II Women's Outdoor Crown

Athletics The Lincoln University Women’s Track Team ran away with another victory over the weekend at the 2009 NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in San Angelo, Texas Saturday, May 23. The win marks the team’s sixth outdoor title. The team began a historic run in 2003 when they first won the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championship. They recaptured the title four more times between 2004 and 2007, for a total of five championships, setting a record for the most consecutive wins. |
