Kenyon's swimming programs, directed by head coach Jim Steen, are renowned for success at the national level. The men's program has won the past 30 consecutive NCAA Division III championships. No other team, in any division or any sport of the NCAA, can come close to that record-breaking accomplishment. In fact, the next-longest championship streak is held by the Kenyon women, who won 17 consecutive swimming titles from 1984-2000. Since then, they've tacked on six more titles, giving them 23 national championships in the past 28 years.
