Messiah scored two goals after halftime to defeat Wheaton (Ill.) to win the 2011 DIII women's soccer national championship. This is the Falcons' third title in four years and fourth overall.

Erin Hench will have no regrets about her college soccer career at Messiah. The fifth-year senior departed the Falcons program with three national championships, and one reconstructed left knee.

Wheaton Athletics

Wheaton reached its fifth national championship game on Friday after defeating Ithaca 2-0. Freshman Anna Seabolt scored what would be the game-winner in the 54th minute.
