
Dillon Pottish knew what it felt like to lose in the men's tennis singles finals, and he didn't want to have that feeling again. His hard work came to fruition as he captured the men's singles crown.

Emory's Dillon Pottish finished a three-year career on yet another high note, earning the 2012 singles crown. Pottish's 34 wins this year are the third-highest season total in school history.

The Amherst pair of Austin Chafetz and Luis Rattenhuber rallied to win 10 of the final 13 games against Gustavus Adolphus' Amrik Donkena and Mya Smith-Dennis to take the doubles title.

Emory's Dillon Pottish collected a pair of victories and advanced to the singles championship round on Friday afternoon. Pottish will face Nicholas Ballou of Cal Lutheran on Saturday.
