Connecticut Advances To Seventh Straight Big East Championship Game

Courtesy of Connecticut Providence, R.I. – For the second straight year, No. 2 Connecticut defeated No. 3 Louisville in the semifinals of the BIG EAST Championship. The Huskies were backed by a pair of goals from senior Loren Sherer, the nation’s top scorer. The Huskies advance to the championship game for the seventh year in a row and will face No. 1 Syracuse for the second consecutive year. |
