    No. 16 Midwestern State turned seven turnovers into 38 points on the way to a convincing 65-14 victory against Texas A&M-Commerce in Thursday night's DII Game of the Week at Cowboys Stadium.

    Bowie State darted out to a 28-0 lead in Thursday's DII Game of the Week and cruised to a 28-14 victory against Benedict. Redshirt sophomore Keith Brown rushed for a career-high 130 yards for the Bulldogs.

  • Pittsburg St. defeats Wayne St. for crown

    Zac Dickey passed for 190 yards to lead Pittsburg State to a 35-21 victory against Wayne State (Mich.) for the crown. The Gorillas turned two blocked kicks into touchdowns to claim their second title.

    Pittsburg State turned the ball over five times, but forced six turnovers themselves as the Gorillas beat Delta State 49-23 to advance to the national championship.

    Saginaw Valley State used a stout defense and rolled past No. 23 Ashland 27-6 in the DII Game of the Week. The Cardinals forced five turnovers while holding the Eagles to 275 yards in total offense.  

  • No. 11 CSU-Pueblo races by Orediggers

    CSU-Pueblo controlled the ground game and used a tenacious defense to roll in-state rival Colorado School of Mines 23-6 in the DII Game of the Week. The ThunderWolves improved their record to 6-0.
