Neelay Bhatt

Neelay is the Men's Final Four Talks curator and speaker coach responsible for shaping the overall event experience.

His career on six continents includes Disney, The Super Bowl, The Olympics, besides years of consulting, public speaking and training. TEDx, the global platform for ideas, describes him as a business and communications visionary and his service on the National Recreation and Park Association’s Board of Directors served to ensure that ‘no child is left indoors’. He champions “Ideas Worth Spreading” as the curator and co-organizer for TEDxIndianapolis, TEDxIndianapolisWomen and TEDxCollegePark (MD) besides leading a TED Global workshop, presenting multiple TEDx talks and coaching TEDx presenters.

He serves as the President of the Immigrant Welcome Center Board and aspires to make Indy the most welcoming city in America. He’s an alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School and top ranked Sports Management Program at Ohio University and as the Principal at PROS Consulting INC. (headquartered in Indianapolis) is helping to increase equity of access for parks, recreation and sports opportunities in communities globally.
