We invite you to join NCAA’s newest annual initiative, Men's Final Four Talks. Through a series of short powerful talks, speakers will set the stage to broaden perspectives and inspire action.
The 2022 theme “Educate and Innovate” will bring student-athletes, senior level collegiate administrators, stakeholders, and leaders together to discuss innovative ways to help shape an innovate future.
This event will be hosted by Neelay Bhatt, VP of Indianapolis based PROS Consulting and a TEDx speaker, curator and co-organizer for TEDxIndianapolis and TEDxIndianapolisWomen. The event will feature various presenters including:
  • Dr. Kiki Baker Barnes, Athletics Director at Dillard University (Theme: Title IX & Realizing the Dream of Equal Opportunity for Women)
  • Marques Johnson, NBA Legend & Analyst for the Milwaukee Bucks (Theme: Resiliency & Reinvention through Failures)
  • Robert Lalka, Professor & Visionary at Tulane University (Theme: Envisioning a Future in the Real & “Meta” Worlds)
  • Gloria Nevarez, Commissioner of the West Coast Conference (Theme: Changing Leadership Diversity in Division I Athletics)
  • Roots of Music, Non-Profit Empowering New Orleans Youth through Music, Academics & Mentorship
  • Additional Speakers & Performers Coming Soon…
