The Associated Press | May 31, 2014 Houston outlasts Bryant 3-2 in 10 innings Share BATON ROUGE, La. --Justin Montemayor's sacrifice fly scored Ashford Fulmer in the bottom of the 10th inning to lift Houston to a 3-2 victory against Bryant in the Baton Rouge regional Friday night. Tied at 2, Fulmer led off the 10th for Houston (45-15) with a walk and was sacrificed to second by Casey Grayson. After advancing to third on a passed ball, Fulmer came around on Montemayor's fly to left. Bryant (42-15) pushed it to extras by tying it in the ninth on John Mullen's RBI single off closer Chase Wellbrock that scored pinch-runner Matt Albanese from second. Tyler Ford (9-0) picked up the win in relief, while Kyle Wilcox (3-3) took the loss. Bryant took a 1-0 lead in the first on AJ Zarozny's RBI single. Houston tied in the third when Kyle Survance scored on a passed ball, and took the lead in the sixth on a run-scoring double play.
