Vanderbilt, right-handed pitching headlines Preseason All-America team

Vanderbilt shortstop Dansby Swanson and right-handed pitchers Carson Fulmer and Walker Buehler are joined by Collegiate Baseball projected Player of the Year, Riley Ferrell (TCU) on the 2015 Collegiate Baseball Preseason All-American first team.

Swanson hit .333 for the National Champion Commodores this past season, collecting 27 doubles and 22 steals.

The six starting pitchers mentioned on the list (Fulmer, Buehler, Kyle Funkhouser [Louisville], Preston Morrison [TCU], Nathan Kirby [Virginia] and Thomas Eschelman [Cal State-Fullerton]) combined for a 1.97 ERA in 2014. Kirby is the only left-handed starter mentioned.
