Michael Paez just earned Coastal Carolina its first College World Series appearance in school history.
With Anthony Marks on second base and the scored tied 3-3 in the bottom of the ninth, Paez smacked a chopper over the third baseman’s head into left field. By the end of the play, Coastal Carolina was Omaha bound. Check it out:

Costal Carolina is the seventh team to clinch a College World Series berth; Florida and Florida State will face off on Monday to complete the field. The Sunday night win was the third walk-off knock of Super Regional play.
