"Men at Work" bracket

Men at Work follows the misadventures of four buddies who work together at a magazine.

• Danny Masterson plays Milo, a funny guy with a bit of a Peter Pan complex. Who happens to be single.
• James Lesure is Gibbs, a photographer and successful ladies man.
• Michael Cassidy plays Tyler, a features writer who brings a dose of style and sophistication to the group.
• Adam Busch is Neal, a somewhat nebbish reporter and the only one in the group with a steady girlfriend.

Together, the four serve as each other's wingmen as they help each other navigate work, friendship and women.

Season 2 premieres at 10 p.m. ET Thursday on TBS.

For each round of the NCAA basketball tournament, the Men at Work characters will weigh in with their picks -- including a lock to win as well as an upset to watch for (and of course, good-natured ribbing for the totally ridiculous picks the other guys make):

Well, I don’t have a single team left in my bracket. I blame the coin I used to pick the winners. Upset? Heads says Wichita State, so not them. Tails says Syracuse, so it’s Michigan all the way. What’s the point? Tyler’s in the lead, and he knows more about shampoo than he does about sports.

They didn’t think I had a chance. They were dead wrong. Upset pick? Neal to take it all. Same as my upset: Me. Winning. It all. This guy’s ridin’ the Cardinals to bracket glory. Hey, guys, remember when you said, “Neal has as much of a chance at winning this thing as he has does of getting through The Lord of The Rings trilogy without getting an erection”? Well, you were you wrong about one of those things.

Only one No. 1 seed left. I don’t even care that I’m winning. Louisville gets clobbered by a No. 9 seed. Whoever picks the seeds should be fired. You can’t trust basketball. Next year, I’m doubling down on my DWTS pool, which I just so happen make the seeds for.

Can’t believe the Lady Bears of Baylor are going home early. ... Upset? This guy. Man, Louisville made the Lady Bears look more like a bunch of Lady Cubs. They're my new pick to go all the way. By the way, anyone know where they’re celebrating tonight? You know, rumors are swirling that after Sunday’s loss, big changes are afoot over at Baylor. I’d like to officially throw my hat into the ring for any positions that might make themselves available, be it fundraiser, trainer, social ambassador ... you name it, Gibbs wants it.
