The Texas Tech men’s basketball program recently traveled to Canada for a series of summer exhibition games. Well, Red Raiders guard Jordan Jackson is sure making his presence felt in The Great White North.

The freshman threw down an emphatic dunk during Wednesday’s game, posterizing an unlucky Carleton defender.

Texas Tech coach Tubby Smith made it clear following the contest that he was impressed by Jackson’s slam.

Fortunately for college basketball fans everywhere, this surely won’t be the last time we see Jackson lay the hammer down.  He made quite the name for himself as a dunker during his playing days at St. Pius X High School in Houston, Texas.
