The senior guard poured in 46 points on just 23 shots against the top-ranked Kansas Jayhawks. While Hield's epic night wasn't quite enough to help the Sooners beat the Jayhawks -- Kansas outlasted Oklahoma in a triple overtime thriller -- it was enough to earn the respect of his opponent's fanbase.
