College basketball coaches lace up against cancer

Every basketball season the National Association of Basketball Coaches and the American Cancer Society team up via the Coaches vs. Cancer program. Perhaps the most visible work of Coaches vs. Cancer is Suits and Sneakers Awareness Week when "coaches and their staff wear sneakers with their suits while coaching games to raise awareness, share the importance of nutrition and physical activity, and to promote the American Cancer Society."

As we are currently in 2016's Suits and Sneakers week (Jan. 25-31), NCAA.com recognizes those college basketball coaches participating and the fly kicks they are sporting. Many coaches also added gold laces to their sneakers to #laceupforlacey.

Coach Cal is even auctioning off his sneaks from Wednesday to benefit the American Cancer Society.
