Kansas basketball: Perry Ellis steals the show on senior night

Kansas celebrated the careers of four seniors at Allen Fieldhouse in a Saturday match against Iowa State, including forward Perry Ellis.

While the senior night speeches were inspirational, emotional and a little bit humorous, Ellis stole the show with a few jokes about his time with the Jayhawks.

Ellis led Kansas with 22 points and added seven rebounds in his final game in Lawrence, helping the Jayhawks close out the regular season with an 85-78 win over the Cyclones and a 27-4 overall record and 15-3 record in the Big 12.
