Watch: Texas' Jarrett Allen submits dunk of the year candidate

The NBA Slam Dunk Contest may have been Saturday, but Texas freshman Jarrett Allen submitted his entry for top dunk of the holiday weekend on Monday night against No. 12 West Virginia.

With time winding down in the first half in Morgantown, Allen mercilessly posterized WVU defender Sagaba Konate with a right-handed jam off a chest pass. Allen cocked his arm all the way back and had plenty of air time to soar over the 6-foot-8 forward.

There have been plenty of outstanding dunk of the year candidates this season, but this latest highlight may take the crown. You be the judge.
