Trailing by 14 points with less than six minutes to play, Miami embarked on a furious comeback to pull out a 79-78 win against Boston College, which was capped off by freshman guard Lonnie Walker IV's game-winning 3-pointer with 2.3 seconds left in regulation. Walker turned an inside-out dribble with his right hand into a step-back jumper that hit nothing but net and gave the 'Canes the win.
Walker finished with 14 points as four Miami players scored in double figures.
Miami improved to 20-8 (9-7 ACC) with the win, which puts the Hurricanes in a tie for sixth place and a half-game out of fourth place in the conference.
