No. 5 Baylor Too Much For No. 10 Texas A&M

WACO, Texas (AP) - Jessica Morrow scored 23 points, including the final 12 of the game, for No. 5 Baylor in a 64-60 victory over No. 10 Texas A&M on Saturday night.
Morrow hit a 3-pointer with 3:14 left to put Baylor (25-4, 12-4 Big 12) up 55-53. From there, Morrow hit another 3 and a jumper in the lane before making four free throws in the final 16.4 seconds.
Jhasmin Player scored 13, Kelli Griffin had 11 and Rachel Allison added 10 for Baylor.
Danielle Gant scored 16 and Tanisha Smith had 14 for the Aggies.
Texas A&M (23-6, 11-5) was within two at 60-58 when Baylor's Morghan Medlock blocked a shot by Takia Sparks and Allison grabbed the rebound. Morrow was then fouled and made both free throws.
Gant pulled A&M to within two again on a baseline jumper with 9.9 seconds left. After an Aggies timeout, Morrow was fouled with 8.2 seconds left and made two more free throws.
Leading 24-22 in the first half, Baylor went on an 8-0 run that included 3-pointers from Griffin and Player and a pair of free throws by Player. The Bears led 34-24 at halftime.
Baylor pushed its lead to 39-27 early in the second half when Player hit a 3-pointer as the shot clock was running out.
Texas A&M answered with a 19-6 run that included three baskets after offensive rebounds. Smith scored seven during the run as the Aggies took a 46-45 lead with 9:58 left. It was A&M's first lead since the 13-minute mark of the first half.
