Two players injured

Kentucky freshman Jaycee Coe and junior Ivana Jakubcova were involved in a car accident Saturday that gave Jakubcova a concussion and Coe a stress fracture in her leg. 

The two were going out to a movie before the, "bad wreck," occured. Head coach Matthew Mitchell told the Lexington Herald-Leader that neither player was, "hurt badly."

Friday, Kentucky will have its annual Big Blue Madness celebration to kick off the seasons for both the men's and women's basketball teams. Neither Coe nor Jakubcova will be able to participate in the festivities.
