The road to a conference title is far from easy, but the Northeastern women's basketball team encountered a more unusual obstacle in their tournament run.
In the midst of a bad storm plaguing the northern part of the country, the Huskies' bus got stuck in snow and ice after practice for an impending quarterfinal game at St. Joseph's in Philadelphia. The fourth-seeded Northeastern players and coaching staff sprang into action, piling out of the bus to push it out of the icy patch.

Northeastern ended the regular season with a 16-13 record, winning four of their last five. The Huskies are looking to advance in the CAA tournament and, if they can get past fifth-seeded Delaware Thursday afternoon, will have to rally as a team once more to face Drexel in the conference semifinals.
