Women's basketball: Arike Ogunbowale, Katie Lou Samuelson lead Naismith Trophy preseason watch list

The stars align in Columbus for the Women's Final Four

South Carolina's A'ja Wilson averaged 22.6 points per game on her way to winning the 2018 Naismith Trophy.

There are several candidates, ranging from sophomores to seniors, who are in the mix to win the Naismith in 2019. With that in mind, here is the official 50-player preseason watch list:

NCAA DII news: RMAC football, DII college basketball is back

Tampa Bay and Phoenix chosen to host the NCAA Women's Final Four in 2025 and 2026

The NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Committee has selected Tampa Bay (Amalie Arena) in 2025 and Phoenix (Talking Stick Resort Arena) in 2026 to serve as host sites for the NCAA Women’s Final Four. Tampa Bay will be hosting the Women’s Final Four for a record fourth time, while Phoenix will be hosting its first.
