LINCOLN, Neb.-- Ninth-ranked Wartburg took seventh in the 32-team field at the Woody Greeno Invite hosted by Nebraska Saturday.

The Knights scored 224 points and were the top Division III team in the race, with Air Force finishing first and Nebraska finishing fifth.

Sophomore Alana Enabnit placed second with her time of 21:15.28. She finished just five second behind the individual leader, Laura Galvan, of Kansas State (21:10.83).

Juniors Sammi Bruett placed 18th (22:36.08), Haddie Vawter took 58th (23:48.83) and Lauren Mapes took 71st (23:58.33).

Senior Kirsten Youngberg placed 75th (24:00.38), freshman Maddie Kleve took 111th (24:54.08) and junior Deborah Nesvik placed 118th (25:01.98).

Wartburg's first five times from the meet now rank on the program's list of all-time best 6K efforts.
